Returns & Exchanges

At Libas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and tags are intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our 'Returns Portal' and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original product with all its tags, packaging, and the invoice inside the return box and seal it securely.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
